Exchanges & Refund Policy

All Sales Policy

All sales are considered final unless they meet the limited return conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility (Limited)

We accept returns only within 7 days of delivery, and only with prior approval.

To request a return, you must email kysalohashirts@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

Returns will not be accepted without approval.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached

  • Items must show no signs of wear, odor, stains, or damage

NOTE: Any item that does not meet these conditions will be rejected and disposed of or not returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • All white-colored items

  • Fabric purchases

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance / sale items

  • Bulk or wholesale orders

  • No exceptions will be made.

Sizing & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts, product details, and descriptions before purchasing.

We do not accept returns or refunds for sizing issues, fit preference, or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Only Exception)

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Packaging and item condition

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If a return is approved, customers must:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order separately

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Refunds (If Approved)

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Returns that do not meet policy requirements will not be refunded.
